I just (re)discovered semyaza's icons, which are made from art from medieval manuscripts, children's books, and lots of other good things. She seems to have a knack for hunting down amazing art--see my icon on this post, which I can't stop looking at. So, if you like fairy tales, children's books, saints, medieval stuff, birds (Heather), and just really cool art, you should go check out her stuff.
