supercheesegirl: (books - reading girl)
Got this from the library, on [livejournal.com profile] lady_anemone's recommendation. I thought it was okay. Genetic research has discovered that memory is stored throughout the cells of the body, in DNA--so if you have a dead person's DNA, you can recreate her personality, "blending" the dead person with a living host. The search for Cleopatra's body is on!

Kind of a ridiculous premise for a novel, but it was fast-paced and fun and full of interesting "personalities". Not a waste of my reading time, but I don't think I'll ever need to read it again.

"Okay" was how I felt about it too. "Ridiculous premise" is also a very reasonable description. :)
