I got this book from the library, because it was right up front, because my old professor Stuart is friends with Askold, and because I thought it was nonfiction. Turns out it's a novel, which, fine, I read those too. I was not hooked at all until over 100 pages in. Then I couldn't put it down. Definitely a worthwhile read. Highly recommended.
