Forgot to post this before--made it to the gym on Wednesday night. I was really really down, so it wasn't the best workout ever, but I felt better afterwards. 25 minutes on the elliptical--I did 2 miles in 20:30, then cooled down. Did all my weight machines and a bit of stretching. After my epic fail on Monday, I was just glad I got there.
