Forgot to post this before--made it to the gym on Wednesday night. I was really really down, so it wasn't the best workout ever, but I felt better afterwards. 25 minutes on the elliptical--I did 2 miles in 20:30, then cooled down. Did all my weight machines and a bit of stretching. After my epic fail on Monday, I was just glad I got there.

Good for you for getting back in the saddle. Or on track. Or whatever silly metaphor one uses for exercise.

And you're pretty speedy! I'm still working my way up, I think I'm doing 12-13 minute miles. 10 minute miles seems fast.
