Managed 30-35 minutes of yoga this morning. Hips and knees were very tight; thighs were weak. This is why I don't love yoga first thing in the morning. I just did a very gentle practice and concentrated on those tight areas. Did 15 squats too to help with the thighs.
First time in 2009 that I've fit in three practices in one week!
