I just did about 20-25 minutes of yoga. It wasn't a strenuous practice at all, just me in my pajamas and some basic sun salutations and warriors, and then a few seated poses (to practice a few of the arm things I just read about in the "Yoga for Computer Users" book I'm reading). And 12 squats. But it was a tiny little practice, and I'm going to try to do this more often--even a tiny practice is better than no practice at all. Tonight was a class night, so I was thinking I couldn't do any yoga today, but I did a little, and I'm better for it. So, counting it for half a practice.
