This morning I got in 20 minutes of yoga before I had to get ready and catch the train to meet my mom for the ballet. It wasn't a lot of yoga, but it did get me moving and warm, and I felt better afterwards and glad I did it.
In other news, I'm really not feeling Heroes right now. Meh. But LOST is completely awesome and compelling. When did that switch around?
