Did a brief yoga practice last night, so I'm counting it for half a session. I was lifting weights with F and then decided I wanted to get some stretching in too. Just basic poses, nothing too strenuous--some sun salutations, cobbler, dancer for balance, and some seated twists and things. I forget about the twists sometimes, and I am much less twisty than I was in Boston. I also did a tripod last night--good to get an inversion in, and some practice balancing on my head, without the intensity of doing a headstand. Tripod is really fun.
