Just finished an awesome yoga practice. I had to schedule my yearly doctors appointment this afternoon, so I decided that to make my day less awful, I would take the whole afternoon off from work. I got home just past 12:30, got changed and had a banana, and did an hour of yoga. It was lovely. I am definitely feeling stronger, just in the few weeks that I've been practicing regularly again. I did all the standing work, two balance poses (tree and dancer), most of my strength-building stuff (skipped the pushups), and did crow, headstand, and wheel, then cooled down with some gentler stretches at the end of the practice. An hour total.

Next, lunch--probably a wrap with some leftover chicken and a bunch of spinach and basil. Then, doctor at 3. After the doctor I need to stop at the little market up the street for more bananas, and then I'm hoping to be home in time to catch up on the last two episodes of LOST before F gets home.
