Didn't get any yoga time over the weekend. Friday F and I took a really nice long walk (all the way to the diner and back!) but Saturday and Sunday we were in NYC, visiting Missi, who's recovering from a broken hip, so not much walking there. I got in a really good yoga practice this morning though. I also assisted F with his first headstand. He kicked right up!
