I had a nice yoga practice last night--a full hour. Did all the standing work and some of the strength building stuff, but had a good 15 minutes at the end for gentle stretching. I think I need to keep making room in my practice for gentler seated work, because it really helps my neck, shoulders, wrists, etc. My right wrist in particular has been really bothering me lately--to the point where having it bent and putting weight on it, like in upward dog, is really painful--so I'm hoping it will help to do some gentle arm stuff.
Overall, a very good practice, although the music on the "Meditation channel" on TV wasn't as good as last time.
