Did an hour of yoga today. It was really nice. My right wrist still hurts for some reason, though--tonight was a bit worse than it was on Sunday, so I couldn't even manage my pushups very well. I modified poses and was gentle, but I'm still a little bothered. If it's still sore in another week, I may go see a doctor. Hold me to that, OK?
Meditation channel on TV has its ups and downs. I flipped between that, Soundscapes, and Dream Sequence, which is more mellow rock--like Beck and Death Cab, which isn't completely yogic but is still better than the shamany, white-guy-on-a-vision-quest stuff you get sometimes on Meditation and Soundscapes. But still, I have two new artists to look up: Karunesh, and Diane Arkenstone (who still sounds like a white person on a vision quest, but at least she's getting some eastern inspiration too, plus what I heard was more upbeat).
