Had a good class with Lucia last night. Wore the wrist brace--although I think I could have handled the class without it, I didn't want to overdo it either. I plan to keep wearing the brace most of the time until at least Tuesday and then see how it feels.
One plus of not being able to do a regular downward dog or plank is that I'm getting much better at dolphin and dolphin plank. Which I have always hated and still hate, because it's hard, but at least I'm getting better at it. I can hold dolphin plank much more easily now (ie, I don't always collapse on the floor afterwards), and I can hang out in dolphin almost like hanging out in downward dog.
