Finished this one yesterday. Will's not an apprentice anymore, he's finally graduated to becoming a full Ranger, but I guess changing the name of the series and just calling it "Ranger" isn't so catchy. Anyway, I liked seeing Will get a territory of his own and start learning how to manage it. I wish we could see more of just regular Ranger life, rather than having some big grand adventure in every book. Speaking of which, this big grand adventure doesn't conclude in this book, it trails on into book 6, which my dad has not yet lent me.
