Yoga # 1 for 2010
Monday January 4, early morning
30 minutes
I've decided to scrap the half-practice/whole-practice way of counting. It was too messy and annoying. I think instead I'm going to track how many times I practice yoga, with each practice counting fully whether I rolled around in my pajamas for 20 minutes or went to a 75-minute class at a studio. I will also track the total number of yoga minutes logged and just keep a running tally. I think that will be much more interesting, as well as easier to count up on a monthly basis. Also, reading yoga-related books will give me bonus points. Like a gold star or something.
Yesterday's yoga session was very nice. I did 15 squats and also did some chair pose, and today I could hardly walk. Yesterday it felt nice, though.
