Yoga # 2 for 2010

I did a little jammie yoga this morning. I've been sick with a cold all week, and so I've been feeling awful in the mornings, but today I wanted at least to remind my body that it has better things to do than whine and sniffle. So, a little bit of gentle yoga. Hopefully I'll be back to my full yogic superpowers next week.
