Went jogging this morning--almost 30 minutes. It was nice to jog on a Tuesday again. The weather was meh--temps in the high 30s--but it was the best it's going to be this week, so out I went. I am having some trouble with my iPod, because I generally keep it tucked in my sports bra, but my heat wicking whatever shirt has a really high neck, so it's hard to get to the iPod when it's in my bra. I can click to the next song okay through the fabric, but if I want to turn the volume up or down, it's really inconvenient and clumsy to do while jogging. Also, in addition to having a high neck, the heat wicking shirt is also really snug and stretchy and clingy, especially when my skin is damp and sweaty, so it's hard to pull up my sleeves when I get warm. I started this line of thought based on the assumption that it's my iPod that's the problem, moved on to thinking that the problem is the heat wicking shirt, and now I conclude that the problem is actually just the cold. I only wear this shirt because it's cold; otherwise, I have no problem with sleeves or with iPod bra access. Winter sucks.
