Started with weights and four sun salutations, then did balance poses, strength-building poses, and inversions. I hadn't done my headstand in ages and it felt really good. I also tried the walk-up-the-wall handstand prep, which I am really bad at. I need to practice doing that more than once a month if I ever want to be strong enough for a handstand. Overall a really nice and uplifting practice.

Last night I uninstalled iTunes. I actually uninstalled everything Apple-related on my computer (and then uninstalled some other stuff too just because I was on a roll--why were there three versions of Java on my computer, anyway?). I'm sure it will turn out to be a huge hassle when I reinstall, but last night it felt incredibly liberating. Empty recycle bin! And one step closer to finally having some new yoga playlists.
