I could seriously throw up right now.
Suffrage doesn't please female Kansas state senator
I can't even think of anything to say about this, it's so horrible. This is the internet version of "sputtering", right here. I simply cannot form coherent thought, I am so floored by this woman's absolute insanity. I didn't realize that Contradiction existed in human form--how does she not implode from the internal conflict? I hope all of Kansas finds out about this and lynches her or something.
I mean, it's one thing to want to stay home and care for one's child--it's a perfectly natural impulse and a wonderful thing to do. But to say that men *should take care of* women belittles both the woman's ability to do things other than care for children as well as a man's desire to stay home with his child. And to say these things when one is a state senator!
Just so everyone knows, I am fully content taking care of myself. Okay?
