Went to Ann's yoga class at my gym last night. It pretty much kicked my ass. I'm getting soft, just going to Lucia's classes. We did a lot of standing work last night, and I just couldn't hold the poses for as long as I wanted to. I need to increase my personal at-home practice, and also follow up on classes at studios in the area. I also need to call the gym and make sure that my yearly membership ends at the end of this month and that they're not going to automatically renew it or anything.

heroes - Umm, I'm watching it right now, and I have to say that for a genius, Suresh is a damn idiot.
And I've been WTF-ing ever since I started watching it tonight.

And Maya's such a freakin' ho. She'll do anyone shirtless. Although, really, who can blame her. I know I would certainly be tempted by a shirtless Mohinder, and maybe even by a shirtless dripping wet Sylar.

WTF Parkman in Africa? WTF phantom Lindermann? WTF Nicki/Tracey? WTF Hiro/Ando tension? WTF, stupid future Peter, don't you know better? WTF Sylar Petrelli? WTF????!

I think I need a "WTF Heroes" icon.

About the only thing I liked was the cuteness of Speedster Girl and the hope of Speedster makeouts for Hiro.

I think I might have figured out what was going on with Nathan - he's actually not playing chess with Linderman, he's playing chess with Hurley, and Linderman & Mr Eko are the ghostly link between the two games.

And then Peter is going to have to move the island and Ben is going to go to Africa and party with Parkman.

I have never known what to make of Mama Petrelli, and now I'm even more confused. Is she trying to turn Sylar into a good guy? Or is she trying to be in charge of the villains now? That dream she had may have been completely misleading. Oh, my brain.

And also, you should use the "Heroes" icon you have now, make a copy, and just stamp "WTF" right over it. :-)

You know, the worst part is that your suggestions here are entirely plausible. Parkman would be all, I can read your mind!, and Ben would be thinking, You're not supposed to be here you're on the wrong show!
